Why Vilam built Ava and Sara.

I've been to a few dentists over the years and before you even get to the appointment, the experience is usually not great - websites that tell you nothing, phone lines that ring out, forms that go quiet for days.

The clinics that made it easy got my business, every time.

It seemed like a solvable problem.

When it became clear that AI could genuinely fix this, I wanted to build it properly. Ava came first - an AI receptionist for UK private dental clinics that handles patient enquiries the way they should have been handled all along. Clear, fast, no friction. Whether it's 2pm or 2am.

Sara came next. The same problem exists in aesthetics clinics - clients researching treatments at 10pm, enquiries that go unanswered, bookings that never happen. Sara fixes that for independent UK aesthetics clinics, built to the same standard and fully ASA compliant from the ground up.
