Why I built Ava.
I've been to a few dentists over the years and before you even get to the appointment, the experience is usually not great - websites that tell you nothing, phone lines that ring out, forms that go quiet for days.
The clinics that made it easy got my business, every time.
It seemed like a solvable problem.
When it became clear that AI could genuinely fix this, I wanted to build it properly. So that's what Ava is - a front desk that handles patient enquiries the way they should have been handled all along. Clear, fast, no friction.
Whether it's 2pm or 2am.
